Amnesty just part of White House 'dastardly scheme,' says conservative commentator By Jm Brown

"Conservative Caucus chairman Howard Phillips says the reason President Bush has done so little to secure America's borders is that he wants to merge the United States with Mexico and Canada in a so-called 'North American Union' that would parallel the European Union. Provisions in the 'comprehensive immigration reform' bill in the Senate would 'accelerate' the Security and Prosperity Partnership, the Bush administration's plan for the merger.
According to Phillips, the proposed merger is favored by 'New World Order ideologues' and multi-national corporations. He says the multi-national corporations want the North American Union so they can bypass the high cost of labor when they hire Americans."
