"Israel clearly will not reconcile itself to a nuclear Iran," Ehud Olmert was quoted as telling a closed session of his parliament's Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee, according to a participant speaking anonymously to the Associated Press.

"All options that prevent Iran from gaining nuclear capabilities are legitimate within the context of how to grapple with this matter," Olmert reportedly added. He also made it clear he'd prefer a peaceful solution to the brewing danger in Iran.
