Feds Have Overruled the 10th Amendment By Dr. Vincent G. Gioia
In the Bill of Rights, the Tenth Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America states:
"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people."
The wording describing the distribution of powers between the federal and state governments is very clear but 200 years after the amendment was adopted federal law makers have succeeded in subverting the language and intent of the amendment.
