Military approach more effective on Jihad By Chad Groening-

A former federal prosecutor is arguing that the war on terror needs to be fought on the battlefield and not in the courtroom.

In the book Willful Blindness: A Memoir of the Jihad, the former prosecutor -- Andrew C. McCarthy -- details his involvement in the prosecution of the "Blind Sheikh" and his followers in the wake of the 1993 World Trade Center bombing. It was during this trial that he claimed to observe first hand the severe limitations of law enforcement and criminal prosecutions in the war against terrorism.
