Clerks urged to ignore court, follow law By Jeff Johnson

Family advocate Randy Thomasson is advising county clerks in California to ignore that state's recent Supreme Court ruling legalizing homosexual "marriage."

Unless they choose to stay their decision, the California Supreme Court's ruling legalizing marriages between homosexuals will take effect June 14. According to news reports, licenses would be issued beginning June 17. Numerous pro-family groups and at least ten states' attorneys general are asking the court to stay its decision until after a November vote on a state marriage protection amendment.
