The primary goal of Islamic terrorists is to instill fear in people. People can be defined as a single individual, groups of people, or entire nations. On 11 Sept. 2001, Islamic terrorists attacked America. The terrorists achieved their number one and two goals. First they instilled fear in the lives of innocent people. Second they caused major economic losses and continue to do so to our country.
