A week after the Supreme Court’s poorly-reasoned and outrageous decision granting the Constitutional right of habeas corpus to terrorists at the Guantanamo Bay naval base, Levin today will chair a hearing supposedly investigating the “origins of aggressive interrogation techniques.”
