Obama violates Logan Act
If these allegations prove true, then it seems very clear that Barack Obama has violated the Logan Act. This act prohibits American citizens from conducting negotiations with foreign governments with the intent of undermining U. S. policy. If Obama was urging the Iraqi government to delay American trool withdrawals, that's a clear violation.
