Wikipedia reports:  "Before a Fox News interview on July 6, 2008, a live microphone picked up [Jesse]Jackson whispering to a fellow guest: 'See, Barack's been, ahh, talking down to black people on this faith-based... I want to cut his nuts off... Barack, he's talking down to black people' in an apparent response to Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama's recent speeches on values. Jackson later apologized and reiterated his support for Obama."
