Sovereignty in 2009.
Over the years, I have emphasized how our liberty is possible only because our Founders declared the citizens of America as the supreme authority under our system. They had to found a new nation to so that. We are self-governed, and we are the Sovereign in this country, not the government. In our nation of self-rule, we are supreme and government is our servants.
